Solutions :
- Login to server with user account
- Open Regedit from run by regedit
- Browse to HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
- Find the value that ends in ".bak"
- Make a backup of that registry entry by clicking on profile list and export
- Delete the registry entry
- Reboot the server get effect
