Solutions :

1. Open IE and delete history
2. Restart IE and click on Manage Add-Ons from toolbar or right side gear button

3. Select Toolbars and Extensions, There we need to disable unwanted Add-ons
4. Here we will disable send to OneNote and One Note linked notes also office

5. Once we will finish disable restart IE and verified there is no error occurring like above.
